Safety
Fire is beautiful, spectacular, but also dangerous. We can imagine that you may have some concerns when considering booking one of our fire shows. At Fire & Glow we strive to make our fire shows as safe as our LED-shows, for our customers, but also for ourselves. But how do we do this?
Emergency Response
At Fire & Glow both artists are in possession of a valid Emergency Response diploma.
During the Emergency Response course, first aid, fire safety and evacuation were addressed in detail.
Fire prevention equipment
At every performance involving fire, we ensure that sufficient fire prevention equipment is available and we know how to use them appropriately. This includes a (foam) fire extinguisher, fire blanket, wet cloths, etc.
Information for the customer
Prior to a performance with fire, we will send general terms and conditions containing all safety measures that the customer must take to ensure that the performance is safe and enjoyable. Of course we are always ready to advise and assist the customer in this matter.
Safety check
Prior to our fire shows, we will always check on site whether the location is safe for the public and ourselves. If necessary/possible, we will provide further instructions.
Teamwork
At Fire & Glow we have an important rule: You never play with fire alone. Through years of working together, we as artists are both very experienced with fire and also well attuned to each other. This way we can always keep an eye on each other and intervene if necessary.
